The Association of Registered Interior Designers of Ontario recognized exceptional design around the world at its annual ARIDO Awards Program September 24 in Toronto. Douglas Design Studio was singled out for an Award of Merit for the design of a modern, but warm and timeless interior for a family home with a traditional exterior, and received a second Award of Merit for the backlit onyx fireplace in its family room.
