Sole owner of Douglas Design Studio, Jeffrey is an award-winning interior designer with a unique combination of creative and design leadership skills and a track record of achieving extraordinary results for his clients.

Gordana Di Monte is Creative Director at Douglas Design Studio. Since 2008 she has led the decor portfolio, lending her discerning eye towards interior finishings that are at once luxe, refined and surprising.

Christina is instrumental in the short and long term strategic development of the company, creating the organizational blueprint that enables the company to anchor and expand Jeffrey’s creative vision.
NEIL SHOBHANADRY
With a background in architecture and interior design, Neil has overseen a diverse collection of projects ranging from commercial and residential ventures to customized digital models and concepts. With a passion for health and fitness he believes that every new project is a blank canvas for us to showcase our creative promise.
Joann Lin
As a recent Ryerson graduate Joann has enjoyed experience working in interior design in Toronto as well as China and Italy. She has careful attention to detail and also enjoys furniture design.
Georgia barrington
Georgia is an Intermediate Interior Designer who draws inspiration from art, craft, history and film. She is interested in sustainability, heritage, and emerging digital fabrication techniques. She is deliberate about detail and sees every project as an opportunity for creative storytelling.
Caitlin Novello
With a background in interior design and fine arts, Caitlin is a passionate designer known for her creativity and attention to detail. A lifelong figure skater from Sault Ste. Marie, she brings a balance of form, beauty, precision, and dedication to creating spaces that blend aesthetics with functionality.
MANDY SMAJDA
With her attention to detail and commitment to client satisfaction, Mandy brings over 10 years of purchasing and coordinating experience with Douglas Design Studio. As the main contact for quotes and orders, she is an asset in handling complex logistics.
Sahil Saroy
Sahil is an innovative architectural designer who has worked in both residential and commercial spaces. As a Ryerson University alumni, he continues to explore his strengths in areas such as concept development, presentations, digital fabrication and more. Driven by narrative, Sahil believes every design tells a story that is curated to an individual's life.
